چکیده
Abstract This paper presents a modular and scalable power electronics concept for motor control with continuous output voltage. In contrast to multilevel concepts, modules voltage are connected in series. The of each module is obtained by using gallium nitride (GaN) high electron motility transistor (HEMT)s as switches inside the switching frequency range between 500 kHz 1 MHz. Modelling and Output Power Evaluation of Series-Parallel Photovoltaic Modules
Solar energy has received attention in the Middle East given the abundant and free irradiance and extended sunny weather. Although photovoltaic panels were introduced decades ago, they have recently become economical and gained traction. We present a mathematical model for series-parallel photovoltaic modules, evaluate the model, and present the I-V and P-V characteristic plots for various temp...
متن کاملA Battery Power Bank with Series-Connected Buck–Boost-Type Battery Power Modules
The operation of a battery power bank with series-connected buck–boost-type battery power modules (BPMs) was investigated in this study. Each BPM consisted of a battery pack with an associated buck–boost converter for individually controlling battery currents. With a proposed discharging scenario, load voltage regulation with charge equalization among batteries was performed by controlling the ...

Let R be a ring, M a right R-module and (S,≤) a strictly ordered monoid. In this paper we will show that if (S,≤) is a strictly ordered monoid satisfying the condition that 0 ≤ s for all s ∈ S, then the module [[MS,≤]] of generalized power series is a uniserial right [[RS,≤]] ]]-module if and only if M is a simple right R-module and S is a chain monoid.
